• Upgrade has multiple issues with code conflicts and the go-live date was postponed multiple times due to this.
• As the production assembly line can’t stop, the project went into escalation mode.

•  The complete code was reviewed & fixed for the best practices.
• Complex and critical business scenarios were isolated, developed and tested by senior resources.
• A timely 24/7 update about the progress was given to the top-level management.

• The approach turned around the way the technical team was perceived.
• Not only the project went live successfully but also the client got a confidence in the team for future projects as well.
