Problems

• The client , a large Swedish truck manufacturer, had multiple manufacturing sites across all geographies in world. Each one have different systems.
• They also have different dealer management systems.
• It becomes very difficult for these systems to share latest data with each other.

Plan

• With so many heterogeneous systems in place, a new platform was developed based on azure integration services.
• This platform does the data receiving, transformation, delivery, logging and error handling.

Outcomes

• With the platform doing the data operations and message orchestration, the ERP system got to focus on their core competencies.
• Different systems get real time operations data. This enabled it to work more efficiently.
